Volume 4, No.1 explores the intersection between the fundamental values of Islamic politics and the challenges of modern constitutional law. This issue features six strategic studies examining the substantive integration of Islamic criminal law within the framework of a constitutional state, as well as the application of the principle of justice in resolving public cases, such as the application of Diyat and Ta’zir penalties in cases of negligence regarding free nutrition programs.
