Update on Article Template for Volume 3 and Beyond - Use of UN Official Language (English)

We are pleased to announce that starting Volume 3, all articles will be in the UN's(PBB) official language, English. This update aims to standardize communication and improve accessibility for a global audience. In addition, the use of English also aims to meet international accreditation and standards.
